The suggestion made in the previous answer won't work - your VPN client won't be able to find the server by host name because you have no way of resolving the host name to an IP address - because We can! Create secure encrypted VPN tunnel connection from your device to VPN server based in selected country. Your device gets a real static IP address and all your data are routed via this secure encrypted tunnel. This is the way how the NAT / Firewall is bypassed and you can get always the same static IP from anywhere.
