I’m trying to activate Windows XP Home. I’ve just performed a clean setup, and Windows now won’t let me even log in until I activate. The network card has apparently not yet been configured, so I can’t activate over the ‘net. When I do the phone activation, the “installation ID” I’m supposed to give the Microsoft representative

May 31, 2012 · PC previously working fine, cleaned up some crap off of it, and removed some users. Now it says it is not genuine and won't allow activation. It is/was an HP w/ Win7 pre-installed. Feb 04, 2020 · Office 2010 Pro was running fine on Windows 7 Pro before I upgraded it Windows 10. The issue is that I couldn't successfully activate it. When I open Word, I got activate Office prompt, then I entered the product key and hit install. I got install complete and restart Office message, but after restart, I got the activation prompt again.
