2020 Frontier Communications Customer Reviews I use Frontier for my internet and although they have a phone menu, the customer service reps are polite and helpful. It takes a little patience to come out but they do come out quickly and their repair reps are great. They fix it right away and are very helpful and courteous. I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. Customer service is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. However, satellite internet is exactly what you would imagine. Nonexistent on cloudy days much less rainy or stormy weather.
